David Spira joined the firm as Partner in April 2006.
David is a Registered Accountant and a Qualified Auditor, and worked over eight years for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
His areas of expertise include in particular assisting companies with transactions relating to acquisition and disposal in an international context.
He also holds a Masters of Business Administration from Duke University (USA).

Robert J. Twist, recently retired, was a British Chartered Accountant and also a Registered Accountant and a Qualified Auditor in France.
After twelve years with KPMG in England and in France followed by 6 years as Financial Controller-Europe with a major North American Industrial company, he set up his own firm in 1982.

With employees having over 5 years of experience on average, our clients benefit from a solid relationship based on the long-term.

Anne Ayres, who is a British Chartered Accountant, has developed through-out the years in-depth experience and knowledge of French accounting, tax and social specificities.
